The true purpose of medical treatment is to make patients return to society better. To do so, we should not treat patients as the simple diseases or incomplete ability and should understand and handle them as the physical psychological and social complex bodies in the entire situation. In this way, the overall activities to help their medical treatment by investigating and diagnosing their hospitalization and their social, economic and mental aspects and do them to make them return to their homes and society are necessary.
For this reason, the hospital should have the medical social worker under the section 6, the clause 4.2, the article 28 of the medical law enforcement regulations.
